As we conclude the year and hand over the store, we'd like to share some updates with you. There are a few changes coming to our loyalty program, gift vouchers, and preloved collection.
Temporary pause on earning points
We are temporarily pausing the earning of points in our loyalty program. This means you will no longer be able to collect new points with your purchases from now on. Don't worry, this is only temporary! The program will restart in January, and you can resume earning points for great discounts and benefits.
Use your accumulated points before October 31st
Do you still have points in your account? Then this is the perfect time to use them! You can redeem your accumulated points until October 31st. After that date, they will expire, so feel free to plan a visit to the store to treat yourself (or someone else).
Please note: points cannot be combined with sale items.
Redeeming gift vouchers and preloved vouchers
Do you still have a gift voucher or a preloved voucher? You can redeem them with us until November 30th. After that date, they will unfortunately no longer be valid. So, be sure to bring your voucher on your next visit; it's the perfect opportunity to choose something beautiful from our new collection.
Preloved items: no winter intake temporarily
Our preloved corner is a great success, thank you for that!
To make space for others and organize everything properly, we are temporarily not accepting any (winter) preloved items until the end of December. From January, we will start a fresh round, and you can hand in preloved items again. Keep an eye on our social media for updates on when we will resume!
