The popular French brand American Vintage has now made its iconic style available for children. The new American Vintage Kids collection combines simplicity, refinement, and high-quality materials, specially designed for children aged 3 to 13. The line includes everything from cool basics to cute sweaters, all in soft, comfortable fabrics like cotton and jersey.

Origin of American Vintage

American Vintage, founded in Marseille in 2005, is known for its colorful, comfortable, and durable essentials. In 2022, the brand expanded with the Kids line, allowing children to explore the world in unisex garments with all the freedom of movement they need. Sustainability is definitely something American Vintage is committed to! For example, 68% of the items in the AMV Kids collections are produced in Europe, primarily in Portugal and Bulgaria. Furthermore, 11% of the collection comes from a factory that uses sustainable practices, such as water conservation and water reuse. Furthermore, 28% of the items are made from organic cotton.

Of the children's collection, 31% is washed using the Soft Fade-Out technique, which reduces water and energy consumption without using harmful chemicals. Mineral dyes are used on 7% of the garments, which saves 50% on water and energy and is also environmentally friendly.

Sizing of American Vintage Kids

At American Vintage, they understand that children grow at their own pace. Sometimes a 3-year-old wears a 5-year-old size, or vice versa. That's why they've designed inclusive sizing for the Kids collection! These sizes are categorized by age group: S for 3-5 years, M for 7-9 years, and L for 11-13 years. Just like adults!
