Sugar-free Split Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 200 ml fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp yogurt per ice cream
- 1 scraped vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions:
- Mix the orange juice and zest together and pour into molds, filling three-quarters. Freeze for 3 hours.
- Mix the yogurt with the vanilla. Spoon this on top of the frozen ice cream and refreeze for at least 4 hours.

Sugar-free Raspberry Crunch Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 75 grams raspberries
- 250 grams yogurt
- zest of 1 orange
- optional: 1 tsp vanilla powder or half a vanilla bean
- granola bottom*
Instructions:
- Blend the raspberries together with the yogurt and the zest of 1 orange.
- Fill the ice cream mold with some muesli or granola of your choice and pour the raspberry mixture over it.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
*The granola can easily be replaced with gluten-free granola or can be omitted.
