Of the natural fabrics, a cotton pajama is, in our opinion, actually the best option. Cotton itself is very airy, moisture-absorbing, and quick-drying. Cotton feels warm in winter, but cool in summer. Because cotton is essentially hollow tubes, these can fill well with sweat droplets. This fabric can absorb 20% of its own weight in moisture before the pajamas start to feel damp.

As mentioned, children lose heat more easily than adults. It is therefore important that the pajamas fit your little one's body well. Pajamas that are too loose allow heat to escape more easily, which means the pajamas somewhat miss their purpose.
